导数光谱法快速测定白花蛇舌草类多糖的研究

Study on Derivative Spectrometry of Reaction System for Rapid Determination of Polysaccharides in Hedyotisdiffusa Willd Kind

建立了苯酚-硫酸显色导数光谱分析多糖的方法。它具有选择性好、不受样品颜色干扰、所需样品量少、简便、快速、准确的优点。直接应用于白花蛇舌草等水提液中多糖含量的测定,取得满意的结果。

A phenol-sulfuric acid derivative spectrometry for determination of polysaccharides in Chinese herbal medicine is put forward and proved to be an easy, rapid and accurate method with good selectivity,small amount of sample required and little interference of sample matrix color. The method is applied to the determination of content of polysaccharides in hedyotisdiffusa willd kind with satisfying results.
