阐述四辊卷板机的数控系统实现方法,对四辊卷板机的工作原理进行详细介绍,在此基础上研究四辊卷板机控制系统的硬件设计与软件实现,应用PLC技术对四辊卷板机实现数控.
The article explains the way of actualizing numerical control system of four-roller bend rolls, introduces the elements of the four-roller bend rolls in detailed, and studies the design of hardware and actualization of software of the four-roller bend rolls control system on the base of this. The numerical control of the four-roller bend rolls was actualized by using PLC.
