摘要 负荷控制是电网发生扰动时为维持暂态稳定而采取的传统手段.紧急负荷控制需要解决系统功率稳定、频率稳定,电压稳定、线路负荷4个问题.通过与传统的稳定控制计算控制方法进行比较,提出基于功率平衡保护的紧急负荷控制.其实施原则是:在大区电网间出现交换功率突变时,根据突变前本区域电网的功率平衡状态制定出扰动后的功率平衡要求,在大扰动发生后紧急对系统的负荷进行调整,同时给出紧急负荷控制在时间及控制点方面的选择与设定方法. <Abstrcat> Load control is a conventional method for maintaining transient stabilization while disturbance occurred in grad. It is mentioned in this paper that the problem needed to be solved and the method be used by emergency load control. Compared with the conventional means of calculating and operating for stability control, the emergency load control based on power balance protection is of great importance for the security and stability control of power grad.When exchange electricity power mutation appears among region grads, it regulates system load peremptorily while disturbance occurred according to the power balance status of local grad power before the disturbance. The selecting method for time and location selection of emergency load control is also mentioned.
