摘要
以生产玉米淀粉的副产品玉米蛋白粉为原料,利用超声波技术,用不同的有机溶剂从玉米蛋白粉中提取玉米黄色素.采用正交试验的方法对提取实验进行优化,用紫外分光光度法将在446nm处测定提取液的吸光度作为考核指标.结果表明:最佳工艺条件为以95%乙醇作为提取溶剂,提取温度为50℃,超声时间为1.5h,玉米黄色素与95%乙醇的固液比为1g∶15mL,pH值为7,提取收率可达8.7%.此工艺路线中所用的方法操作简单,实用性强,收率高.
<Abstrcat> The corn pigment is made from corn gluten meal which is by-product in a corn starch plant.This paper studies a technological route of how to prepare corn pigment from corn gluten meal in ultrasonic extraction.The optimun experimental condition is obtained by orthogonal design, and UV is used to determine the quiality of corn pigment. The optimum technological conditions are: the extraction 95%alcohol,the ratio of solid to liquid 1 g:15 mL, ultrasonic time 1.5 h and pH 7.The process of preparing corn pigment is simple but practical,and the yield of product was 8.7%.
