首先回顾了江南造船厂84年(1865～1949)的发展历程,然后总结了江南造船的历史经验和办厂特色,并相信江南精神必将继续发扬光大、与时俱进。

This article reviews the 84-year-long developing course (1865～1949) of Jiangnan Shipyard at the first part and summarizes the shipyard’s historical experience and the way it was run at the second part. And the author believes that Jiangnan spirit is sure to be carried forward with the advancing of time.
