摘要 水利工程建设与生态环境保护的矛盾日益突出,为了处理协调好这种矛盾,必须建设"生态水利"。作者通过对"生态水利"工程建设各个环节的简单分析,阐述了对"生态水利"及其建设发展的初步认识和理解。 The conflict between hydraulic engineering construction and ecological environment protection is increasingly stood out. In order to regulate and coordinate this conflict, it should execute eco-hydraulic engineering construction. By simple analysis of various construction links for eco-hydraulic engineering construction, it expounds the preliminary cognition and understanding of eco-hydraulic engineering, and its construction and development.
