三峡工程左岸电站厂房1^#、2^#机蜗壳二期混凝土浇筑施工质量控制

Construction Quality Control of Second Stage Concrete Placement for No.1～No.2 Scroll Cases in the Bank Powerhouse of Three Gorges Project

三峡左岸电站厂房1#、2#机蜗壳二期混凝土浇筑根据部位不同采用了门机吊运混凝土和泵送混凝土相结合的方式。为了将座环支墩顶部、座环下环板阴角部位浇筑密实,采用了预埋径向泵管和布置环向泵管的浇筑方法。实践证明:这种施工方法切实可行,混凝土浇筑质量达到了预期的效果。

The gantry to lift concrete and pump concrete are adopted for the second stage concrete placement of No.1~No.2 scroll cases on the left bank powerhouse of Three Gorges Project according to different portions. The pre-embedded radial and circular pump pipes are used for concrete pouring so as to made it dense to the top of the stay ring abut and the corner angle portion of the stay ring. It has proven that this construction method is feasible and the quality of concrete pouring can obtain a predicted result.
