摘要
本文在国际、国内调研和研究国际规则的基础上,总结了执业兽医管理制度的国际概况,提出了执业兽医的概念、执业兽医与官方兽医的分工、协作以及管理模式等。在对我国兽医服务人员的分布、数量、素质、工作内容等情况进行描述的基础上,分析了我国兽医服务体系当前存在的主要问题,提出了我国建立执业兽医制度的基本方向。
The authors give an overview of the systm of professional veterinarians (PV) based on international rules as well as their studies domestically as abroad. The paper reveals information on distribution, staff number, educational background and carriers of PV in China, and analyzes major problems in the country.
