<Abstrcat>From the historical background of the coastal ports' forming in south of the Northeast, this paper explains the development characteristics of Northeast ports'system, the correlativity of ports and hinterland and the course of the status,function of ports to be radicated. On the basis of analyzing prots' capability and construct in Northeast, the paper demonstrates the conceiving of transportation system of Northeast roads and prots, along with the development trends of Northeast prots in the future.
