摘要
文章以微波功率模块EPC系统为基础,建立了传导干扰及分立元器件的高频模型,对某实际EPC系统的并联谐振倍压变换器的电路拓扑进行了高频建模,分析了其干扰产生及耦合的机理,最后总结了EPC系统EMC设计的关键技术及要点。
This paper is based on the system of MPM-EPC.It sets up a high-frequency model of conducted interference and element,aims at a circuit topology of parallel resonant dual voltage converter in a fact EPC system to have a high-frequency modeling,analyzes the principle of the interfere causing and coupling,and at last summarizes the key technology and outline of the EPC system's EMC design.
