无机复合防砂剂的研制及其在垦东32断块的应用 被引量:7

摘要 垦东32断块属于典型的疏松砂岩稠油油藏。以前曾应用高温腹膜砂防砂,效果差。针对该地区油层埋藏浅和温度低的特点,采用室内和现场相结合的方式,开发了适合该区块的无机复合防砂剂。对现场6口井进行了试验,每口井地层充填量为8—12t,携砂比为15%~25%,施工压力5~20MPa。6口井均取得了成功,累积产油量为4392t,截至目前平均有效期已达到230d。该防砂工艺也可以解决类似油藏的防砂问题。 Kendong 32 fault block is a typical heavy oil reservoir with loose sandstone. It was not effective when high-temperature peritoneum sand was applied. According to the features of shallow burial depth and low temperature of the oil reservoirs, inorganic compound sand control agent suitable to this block was developed taking the way combining in-house with field investiga- tion. Experiments were made in six wells with 8 ~ 12t of formation packing, 15% ~ 25% of sand-transport ratio, 5 ~ 20MPa of operation pressure in every well. They were all success with 4392t of cumulative oil production and up to 230d of average valid period up to now. The sand control technology can also be used in other similar oilfields.
