摘要
杭州湾大桥是世界上最长的跨海大桥,在其工程建设中,使用了超大型运梁设备(2台800t轮胎式搬运机)对重达1400t的箱梁进行搬运。由于箱梁预制场所处区域属于软土地基,因此,如何保证搬运机在预制场工作时制梁台座基础和存梁台座基础的安全,是工程人员所关心的问题。应用FLAC3D程序就搬运机工作时对预制场地基基础的影响进行了分析。分析结果表明,搬运机工作时,预制场存梁台座和制梁台座桩基础仍能安全工作。
The Hangzhou bay bridge is the longest bridge at sea in the world. In the construction of the bridge, the super sized girder carrier(two 800t carrying implement with tyres) are used to carry the 1400t box girder. The foundation of the casting yard consists of soft soil. It is very important to ensure the safety of the foundation of the casting yard when the girder carrier works. The program FLAC^(3D) is used to analyse the interaction between the girder carrier and the foundation of the casting yard. It shows that the foundation of the casting yard is safe when the carrier works.
