祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片治疗黄疸型肝炎的临床研究

Treatment of Icterohepatitis with Quhuang TabletⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ:A Clinical Study

目的:研究祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片对黄疸型肝炎的临床治疗效果。方法:将186例黄疸型肝炎随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组按临床分型分别予祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片治疗,对照组予苦黄注射液进行治疗,并将治疗组与对照组的症状及肝功能(丙氨酸转氨酶及总胆红素)的恢复情况进行比较并行统计学处理。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为91.67%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片辨证的治疗黄疸型肝炎,疗效显著,价格便宜,服用方便,适于临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Quhuang TabletⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ on icterohepatitis.Methods:186 cases of icterohepatitis were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.On the top of routine therapy,uhe patients in treatment group were treated with Quhuang Ⅰ,Quhuang Ⅱand Quhuang Ⅲ,respectively while in control group,the patients were treated only with Kuhuang Injection.The symptoms and liver functions (ALT,and Total Bilirubin) were compared clinically and statistically between the two groups. Results:In the treatment group,the overall responsive rate was 90.2% and in the control group,it was 91.67%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:Treatment of icterohepatitis with Quhuang Tablet Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ achieved good curative effect with cheap expense.Quhuang TabletⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were an inexpensive,convenient therapy and it was easily popularized.
