肺源性心脏病心肺功能失代偿期中西医结合治疗疗效观察

Effect of Integrated Chinese-Western Therapy in Treating Chronic Cor Pulmonale of Decompensated Stage

目的:观察中西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)心肺功能失代偿期的临床疗效。方法:将87例慢性肺心病心肺功能失代偿期患者随机分为两组,在采用抗感染、对症支持等常规治疗方法的基础上,治疗组辨证加用中药治疗。观察感染控制、症状缓解、病死率、病情复发率及生存率等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组上述指标与对照组比较差异显著(P<0·05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病心肺功能失代偿期病人疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese-West therapy on chronic cor-pulmonale in stage of pneumocardial decompensation.Methods:87 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were divided randomly into treatment group and control group;both of them were treated with conventional treatment,such as anti-infection,anti-inflammation,supporting therapies etc.To the treatment group,traditional Chinese Medicine was given additionally.In both groups,the control of infections,remission of signs and symptoms,the mortality,the recurrence rate and the survival rate were observed and compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05) with a statistically significant difference.Conclusions:Integrated Traditional Chinese-West medicine has a good and definite effect on chronic cor pulmonale in uncompensated stage.
