催产素应用不当致产妇死亡39例分析

Analysis of 39 cases of maternal deathscaused by incorrect use of oxytocin.

对福建省１９８６～１９９２年期间以催产素使用不当为直接原因造成产妇死亡３９例进行分析。结果表明：９０．００％发生在农村山区。其主要原因是基层助产人员没有掌握产前使用催产素的适应证、禁忌证，不合理使用催产素造成产妇死亡。死亡原因依次是子宫破裂、软产道损伤、羊水栓塞，均为产科急症死亡。死亡时期有７９．４９％发生在产时与产后４小时以内。有２８．２０％死于家中或转诊途中。

hirty-nine cases of maternal deaths directlycaused by incorrect use of oxvtocin in Fujian Provincefrom 1986 to 1992 were analysed.The resultS showed hat 90.00% of these deathss occurred in the rural and mountainous areas.The.main reason was the igno- rance of the birth attendents on the pros and cons of oxytocin administration and therefore the incorrect use. The causes of maternal deaths were ranged in the following order:uterine rupture,soft tissue injury ofthe birth canal and amniotic fluid embolism.All wereemergent deaths with 79、49% dying in intrapartum period or within four hours anter delivery and28.20% at patient's home or on their way to hospital.
