论货币政策调控的区域效应与差别调控策略

区域经济金融发展及金融调控对不同区域产生的效应存在较大差异,由于调控手段、工具运用、信息资源等的局限,当前区域金融调控效应不明显。要强化区域金融调控体系,突出区域调控效果,关键应从强化分支央行职能、实行差别的金融调控政策、加强沟通与协调等方面作出合理的制度安排。

There exists a wide difference between the financial development of regional economy and the effect of financial control upon different regions, which confines mainly to the limitation of the means of control, the use of tools, information resources. It leads to an ineffective result of the present financial control on different regions. We have to enforce the financial control system, amplify the effect of regional adjustment. It is most import to enforce the branches of the Central Bank, to carry out the influential policy of financial control, to make up proper arrangements by intensifying communication and cooperation.
