诚信,作为现代道德体系基石,是经济发展和社会进步的基本条件和本质要求。然而,在社会主义市场经济体制建立过程中,领域广泛的信用危机,尤其是作为人才培养摇篮的大学的诚信缺失现象却堪为人虑。本文对我国诚信缺失的表现及其原因、信用政府与大学诚信文化建设相结合的必要性,寻找信用政府与大学诚信文化建设互相促进的道路进行了探讨。

As the cornerstone of modern morality system, credibility is the basic requirement for economic development and social progress, playing an important role. In the development of socialist market economy, rampant crisis of credibility, especially the default of credibility in college education as the cradle of talents, is negatively eye-catching. This thesis explores the way to construct credibility for credibility governing and college education for credibility by analyzing the necessity and the role of credibility.
