摘要
网络资源个性化信息服务是图书馆重要工作之一。分析了用户信息服务需求行为的多元性、多样性、及时性、开放性、专业性,论述了个性化信息服务对高校图书馆的要求;提出了高校图书馆个性化信息服务的对策。
The individualized information service with the network resources is one of the important works of the library. This paper analyzes on the diversification, multiplicity, timeliness, openness and speciality of the users' information service demand, and discusses on the requirements of the individualized information service for the university library, and puts forward some countermeasures for the individualized information service of the university library.
