摘要
阐述了素质教育的内涵,分析了高校图书馆在实施大学生素质教育中的重要作用,并提出了高校图书馆实施素质教育的几点措施。
This paper expounds the connotation of the quality education, analyzes on the important functions of university library in carrying out the quality education for the university students, and puts forward some measures for carrying out the quality education by university library.
