This paper analyzes on the problems existing in minor enterprises'informatization and the features of the minor enterprises'informatization, and in the light of the problems and the features, puts forward some practicing paths of the informatization of the minor enterprises, which include IT contracted-out production, joint development, purchase of general management software, and second development, etc., and compares their merits and demerits.
