摘要
随着经济环境的改变,传统谈判意识正日益显示出其局限性。为此,提出了建立在系统观、博弈观、双赢观基础上的现代谈判意识。只有在正确谈判意识的指导下,才能使谈判兼顾双方的利益需求,融竞争与合作为一体。
With the development of the economic environment, the traditional concept of negotiation has been out of date in a sense. This paper puts forward the modern negotiation consciousness based on the system concept, game concept and double-win concept, and points out that only under the guidance of the right negotiation consciousness, can the interest requirements of the two sides be taken into consideration at the same time and can the competition and the cooperation be mixed together.
