This paper introduces some experiences of adopting the semi-mechanized and semi-annual jacking-pipe in the sea sludge layer, and discusses on how to determine rationally the jacking force, how to make the deviation rectification of the jacking-pipe in the course of the jacking, and how to prevent the ground subsidence, which solves the puzzle of that is difficult to jack the pipe in the sea sludge layer.
