Detection of uterine scar defect during preguau-cy by ultrasonics

摘要 应用B超对71例初产妇(初产妇组)和31例有剖宫产史的孕妇(剖宫产史组),自妊娠33~41周连续进行子宫下段形成状况及子宫下段瘢痕缺陷的观察。结果:102例孕妇的子宫下段在妊娠33周以后均已形成,妊娠37周以后,剖宫产史组较同期初产妇组子宫下段的长、宽、厚径均缩短。剖宫产史组中7例经B超诊断存在子宫下段瘢痕缺陷,其中2例诊断为先兆子宫破裂,并均经手术证实。提示:应用B超可进行妊娠期子宫下段变化的动态观察,并预测先兆子宫破裂。 type ultrasonography was used to observe thefonnation of lower uterine segment in 71 primigravideand the status of lower uterine segment scar in 31multiparae with previous cesarean section (CS), fromthe 33 to 41 gestational week. Rcsults showed that thelower uterine segments was fornied in all 102 cases af-ter the 33rd week. Compared with the primigravide,the lower uterine segment in the CS group was longer,thinner and not as wide after the 37th gestationalweek. Defective scars of the lower uterine segmentwere found in 7 cases of the CS group and 2 of themwere diagnosed as threatencd dehiscence owing to thefetal sac protruding from the scar site. Condition of allthese cases were confirmed during operation. Thepresent study suggested that B ultrasonic scar can be ahelpful and noninvasive method for dctecting scar de-fect in the lower uterine segment following CS.
