摘要
目的探讨男性性成熟前后包皮组织中触觉小体发育规律。方法用免疫组化染色对95例3-30岁的包皮标本中触觉小体的差异进行研究,观察和统计每个标本中触觉小体的密度,用卡方检验对各年龄组之间触觉小体的差异进行统计学分析。结果男性15岁前包皮中触觉小体密度达到最高,其后开始下降。各年龄组包皮中触觉小体的密度具有统计学意义(x2=38.184,P=0.000)。结论15岁前男性包皮中触觉小体的发育与性成熟过程明显同步。其后,触觉小体密度逐渐减少,说明该小体在男子性成熟早期可能具有重要的生理功能。
Objective To investigate the development regularity of Meissner's corpuscles in prepuce before and after sexual maturation. Methods The Meissner's corpuscle was detected with immunohistochemical stain in 95 specimens of prepuce at 3-30 years of age. The total numbers of Meissner' s corpuscles and visual fields in these specimens under an optical microscope were collected and analyzed with Chi-square test in order to verify the difference of densities of Meissner's corpuscle in prepuce among different age groups. Results The densities of Meissner's corpuscle reached the peak before 15 years old and then began to decline gradually. The Chi-square test showed that the difference of densities of Meissner's corpuscle in prepuce among the different ages was statistically significant (x2 = 38. 184, P= 0.000). Conclusions The development process of Meissner's corpuscle in prepuce develops synchronically with sexual maturation and reaches the peak before the age of 15 years old and then the number of Meissner' s corpuscle declined gradually. It is postulated that Meissner's corpuscles in prepuce at early phase of sexual maturation may play an important role in male sexual function.
