<Abstrcat> The growth of entire funtion represented by the B-valued random Dirichlet series converging on the whole plane is systematically studied.Under certain conditions, the growth(lower)order of B-valued random Dirichlet series on the converging plane is almost equal to the growth(lower) order of some Dirichlet series everywhere, and its relations with the exponents and the coefficients of this series are obtained.
