摘要
中石油宁夏石化分公司二尿素装置从1999年试车至今,先后有许多设备发生故障,成为生产安全运行的重大隐患,为解决这些隐患,对故障原因进行科学分析,注重数据,准确判断,找出问题所在,并成功地消除故障,为装置安全生产扫除了障碍。
Since the commissioning of the second urea plant of Ningxia Branch Co. , PetroChina, failures happened to many equipment successively, which became serious hidden dangers to safe production. In order to eliminate these hidden dangers, this paper depends on the data collected and correct judgement, analyzes the reasons for the failures, finds out the problems, and successfully eliminates the failures, removing the obstacles of safe production.
