肝星状细胞与肝硬化门脉高压被引量：1

摘要众所周知,肝星状细胞在肝纤维化中起关键作用。越来越多的证据表明,肝星状细胞同时参与肝脏微循环和门脉高压的调节,活化的肝星状细胞对许多血管活性物质具有收缩或舒张的功能。由于肝星状细胞在肝纤维化及门脉高压中均发挥重要作用,一般认为肝星状细胞是防治慢性肝病的重要靶细胞。
