植物检疫风险与控制策略

THE STRATEGY OF PHYTOSANITARY RISK AND CONTROL

植物检疫是防范危险有害生物跨地区、跨国界远距离传播的有效措施。随着检疫实践深入,检疫理论也将得到不断发展。本文从检疫风险角度提出植物检疫风险的概念,对检疫过程主要风险进行了识别与分析。提出了建立植物检疫的GMP制度,利用CCP风险过程控制与产品分级分类管理等措施对检疫风险实行综合控制的策略。

Avoiding hazardous pests long_distance spread in different country and area, phytosanitary is a valid measure. As phytosanitary puts into practice, so its theory will also be continuously developed. This article put forward one conception about phytosanitary risk from phytonanitory risk point of view. Moreover, it distinguishes and analyzes main risk during quarantine process.This article also put forward establishing GMP regulations of phytosanitary and practicing integrated control management for phytosanitary risk using these measures such as CCP, products classification management etc.
