本文报道１例冻融胚胎移植后临床妊娠成功。患者为４５，ＸＯ，Ｔｕｒｎｅｒ’ｓ综合征，丈夫为无精症患者。给予外源性激素使子宫内膜生长发育，冻融法采用Ｔｅｓｔａｒｔ慢冻速融。于妊娠７周￣＋时，阴道Ｂ超可见宫内胎囊、胚芽及原始心脏搏动。妊娠在继续中。

case of successful clinical pregnancy after transferof frozen-thawed embryos was reported in this paper.The woman is a 45,XO karyotype Turner's syndromepatient with primary amenorrhea , and her husband hasazospermia. She was given hormone replacement thera-py to achieve adequate endometrial development. Thedonated enbryos from two sources were frozen on April27 and April 30, 1994 respctively. The transfer wasdone on May 25 , 1994. Urinary-β-hCG became positive14 days later. On July 8th, an intra-uterine embryonicsac containing an embryonic bud with gcod primitiveheart beats was seen under vaginal B-ultrasound. BloodhCG reached 232 900 IU/L on July 25. The pregnancyis going on smoothly. The methods of freezing andthawing embryos were described.
