摘要
本文从理论和电算两个方面分析了气体放电先导阶段中各种粒子的能量温度随时间和空间的变化规律和击穿机理;提出了适用于计算机分析用的气体放电击穿的微观判据;与已有实验结果进行比较,证明本文提出的方法是可行的,结果是正确可信的;提出了解释先导发展的“电子热游离”过程。本文是用电子计算机分析气体放电过程的又一尝试。
Computer-Aided Analysis of long air gap discharge is a new method in gaseous discharge studies. Using large scale computer, the temperature of all kinds of particle involved in long air gap discharge. is computed. The computation results fairly coincide with the experimental ones. On the basis of the calculation results, some new analysis on the discharge mechamism have been made, and a new criterion of breakdown is presented, which is of great interest for high voltage engineering.
