地安门外大街是北京旧城中轴线的重要组成部分,也是北京传统风貌的重要景观轴线之一,同时还是当代北京城区的主干路,地理位置十分重要。整治好这条街道对保护和恢复古都风貌具有非常积极的作用。地安门外大街的整治尚存在许多不足之处,对此提出6点对策建议。
