中药心复康与心宝治疗缓慢性心律失常的比较

Comparison on therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine Xinfukang(心复康)and Xinbao(心宝)on bradycardiac arrhythmia

目的:研究中药心复康对缓慢性心律失常的治疗作用及其机制。方法:将75例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为心复康治疗组40例与心宝对照组35例,两组患者疗程均为4周,以心电图、动态心电图等观察治疗前后心率和心律变化。结果:两种药物对缓慢性心律失常均有疗效,心复康组总有效率为90.00%,心宝组总有效率为65.71%,且心复康组在提高心率、改善心律失常方面明显优于心宝组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中药心复康对缓慢性心律失常有显著疗效,其机制可能是该方具有益气通脉、温补心肾的作用,从而增加心肌收缩力,改善心肌血供及心功能,提高和改善窦房结功能及房室传导功能。

Objective: To investigate the mechanism and therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xinfukang(心复康) and Xinbao(心宝) on bradycardiac arrhythmia. Methods: Seventyfive patients with bradycardiac arrhythmia were randomly divided into Xinfukang treatment group (40 cases) and Xinbao treatment control group (35 cases). The therapeutic course was four weeks in each group. The changes of heart rate and rhythm before and after treatment were observed by electrocardiogram and holter. Results: Both groups had therapeutic effect on bradycardiac arrhythmia, the general effective rates were 90.00% in Xinfukang treatment group and 65.71% in Xinbao treatment control group. Xinfukang treatment group was superior to Xinbao treatment control group in the aspect of increasing heart rate and improving arrhythmia(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Xinfukang has significant therapeutic effect on bradycardiac arrhythmia. Its mechanisms are possibly related to its action of improving circulation of Qi and blood, warming and invigorating heart and kidney, and in turn, enhancing cardiac contractility, improving myocardial blood supply and cardiac function, enhancing and improving sinus function and atrioventricular conduction.
