摘要
信息素养已经成为信息时代人们的必备能力之一.文章针对如何加强中小学生信息素养培养的问题,从教师的教育技术素质角度,探讨了教师教育技术素质的基本含义和中小学生信息素养的内涵,分析了教师教育技术素质对培养学生信息素养的影响,提出了全面提高教师教育技术素质和培养学生的信息素养的三种途径:一是加快培养适应信息化教育的中小学教师;二是进一步重视中小学信息技术课的教育;三是全面实施信息技术与学科课程整合.
Information literacy (IL) is one of the essential qualities required in IT era. This paper discusses how to strengthen the cultivation of students' IL at primary and secondary schools. From the perspective of teachers' educational technology capacity (ETC), it introduces the basic meaning of ETC and component of IL, and analyzes the effect of teachers' ETC on the cultivation of students' IL. We put forward 3 ways of improving teachers' ETC and cultivating students' IL, namely, training teachers to be adapted to e-learning, attaching greater importance to IT courses in primary and secondary schools, and integrating IT into the curriculum.
