二种改良方法中哈灵顿棒的应力分析──二维光弹性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用光测弹性技术研究Edwards装置及“C”形Harrington棒的应力分布。实验结果表明:二种方法中Harrington棒前侧备点应力值高于后侧相应点。棒体一齿棘交界点应力值最高,为棒强度的危险点,其应力值与载荷呈直线相关,Edwards装置中棒危险点应力值受载荷影响较“C”形棒更明显。“C”形棒各边界点应力值均低于Edwards装置的相应点。从材料力学角度看,“C”形棒具有更高的疲劳强度。 AbstractStress distribution of Harrington rods of thestraight and the″C″ shaped were studied by 2─Dphotoelasticity, The loads including the horizontaland vertical forces were applied to two differentphotoelastic models simulating clinical conditions.The experimental results showed that the highestvalue of stress was seen at the ratchet─shaft junc-tion, and the stress over the anterior points of therod was higher than the corresponding points overthe posterior side, The data of sustained loads andthe stress revealed a linear correlation.The stresson the″C″shaped rod were much lower than onthe straight one.
