儿童股骨头无菌性坏死的非手术治疗

Non-surgical treatment of Legg-Calve'-PerthesDiseases

本文对５８例用非手术治疗的Ｐｅｒｔｈｅｓ病进行了回顾和随访。认为治疗的关键是股骨头在髋臼内的“包容”。笔者推荐股骨头获得“包容”下，行主动髋操练。本组８６％的患儿经治疗取得了满意的结果。文章还介绍了治疗的依据、关键和方法。

AbstractFifty eight cases of legg-Calve'-Perthes diseasestreated with non-operative methods were reviewed.Based on the Catterall classification,30 patients were clas-sified into type Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,28 into type Ⅲ and Ⅳ。Theprimary aim of the treatment was containment of the femoral head within the acetabulum.Bilateral long -legcasts or devices with a spreading bar were used to keep the hips in 40°～45° abduction and 10°～15° internal rota-tion.The patients could do initiative drill and weight-bearing of the hips.Following the institution of these pro-cedures,the femoral heads can reform in a concentricmanner which was colled by Salter the bilolgical plastici-ty.In an average of 8 year follow-up,86%had ob-tained good clinical result.
