后部结构切除对腰椎稳定性影响的实验研究 被引量:158

Biomechanical Influence on Lumbar SpinalStability Following Posterior Structure Resection:An Experimental Study

摘要 本实验主要以腰椎的位移、平面转动和应变的指标来反映腰椎的失稳程度,实验结果表明,多节段椎板切除或小关节切除会导致生物力学的失稳。实验表明上述两种手术与对照组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。因此临床手术应在彻底减压的基础上,尽量减少对腰椎后部结构的破坏,同时应重视对其手术方法的改进或重建。 AbstractThe experiments were carried out with 12specimens of lumbar spine which were divided intothree groups of the normal control,resection ofthe intervertebral joints and resection of the lami-nae,The results indicated that multiple levellaminectomv can lead to instability of the hmbarspine,The experimental data of biomechanicaltests in the 3 groups showed highly significant dif-ference(P<0. 001).The authors suggested that,during surgery , the posterior structures should bepreserved as much as possible so as to maintainthe stability of the lumbar spine.
