毛细管电泳法测定针剂中亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌的含量 被引量:1

摘要 建立了亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌的高效毛细管电泳紫外测定方法。以未涂层融硅石英毛细管(55cm×75μm)为分离柱,40mmol/L磷酸盐+50mmol/LSDS(pH=7.5)为电泳介质,在分离电压为15kV,紫外检测波长为231nm的条件下对亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌进行测定。讨论了缓冲溶液、pH值的选择,并着重研究了十二烷基硫酸钠对亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌增溶作用机理。以磷酸吡哆醛为内标对亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌注射液进行测定,方法简单可行且结果良好。 A method of determining menadione sodium bifulfite by high performance capillary electrophoresis with ultraviolet detection was developed. Menadione sodium bifulfite was detected under the following separation conditions: uncoated fused silica capillary (55 cm×75 μm), background electrolyte 40 mmol/L phosphate+50 mmol/L sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) (pH=7.5), operation voltage 15 kV and ultraviolet detection wavelength 231 nm. The choices of the buffer and the pH value were discussed. Especially, the mechanism of SDS on the solubility enhancement was investigated in detail. The experimental results show that menadione sodium bifulfite in injection was quantified with pyridoxal 5-phosphate as the internal standard, which means that the determination of menadione sodium bifulfite was very simple, feasible and satisfactory.
