大青叶的毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究 被引量:27

摘要 采用高效毛细管电泳法,紫外检测波长228nm,电压12.5kV,以硼酸(100mmol/L)硼砂(50mmol/L)=11∶10(调pH11)为背景电解质进行指纹图谱研究。建立了大青叶药材的电泳指纹图谱(CEFP)。以胞苷峰为参照物峰,确定了18个共有峰,测定了10个产地大青叶的CEFP与共有模式间具有良好的相似性,用色谱指纹图谱指数对其进行评价。所建立的CEFP具有较好的重现性,可用于大青叶药材的质量控制。 The capillary electrophoresis fingerprints (CEFP) of Folium isatidis was established to evaluate the quality of Folium isatidis by CE, with the detection wavelength of 228 nm, applied voltage of 12.5 M The 100 mmol/L boric acid solution and 50 mmol/L sodium borate solution in 11: 10 (adjusted to pH 11) were used as background electrolyte. 18 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprints of Folium isatidis and cytidin was selected as the reference peak. There were good similarities between the standard CEFP and each CEFP from the ten different places for their similarity coefficients no less than 0.91. The fingerprints index was also used to evaluated the CEFP, good quanlitese for Folium isaddis' F and the relative index (F-r) should be no less than 62 and 5.5 x 10(7), respectively. The CEFP has good precision, reproducibility and stability, which can be used for the quality control of Folium isaddis.
