性病病原学检测中开展健康教育和心理干预研究

摘要 目的:评估性病患者经实施健康教育和心理干预后的康复效果,探索将性病病原学检测与健康教育和心理干预相结合的有效模式.方法:对通过我室病原学检测诊断为淋病奈瑟菌(NG)、溶脲脲原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)感染的性传播性疾病(STD)患者中的400名患者分为干预组(实施健康教育和心理干预)和对照组,各200名.采用SCL-90对两组患者进行心理健康状况的评估和比较.结果:被诊断为NG、UU、CT感染患者的SCL-90各因子均分明显高于常模的分值,差异有统计学意义.实施干预后的干预组与对照组比较,SCL-90在多个因子上,干预组的均分均显著低于对照组(t=2.1~5.7 p<0.01~0.05).结论:社会和心理因素对性传播疾病的诊治、转归影响明显.将性病病原学检测与健康教育和心理干预相结合是倡导现代医学模式的有效平台,是促进传统医学和现代医学交叉渗透的有效结合点. OBJECTTIVE: We evaluated the recovery effect of Sexually diseases infection patients after performing health education and psyc hological meditation. We explored to combine pathobiology test of sexual diseas es with health education and psychological meditation. METHOD: Selecting 400 S TD patients who were diagnosed by pathobiology test in our hospital we divided i nto 2 groups: Intervention group (enact health education and psychological medit ation) and Non-Intervention group. Every group 200.We evaluated and compared the two groups' psychological health conditions by means of SCL-90. RESULTS: SCL-9 0 assessing of the patients who were infected by NG ,UU ,CT is clearly higher sc ore than local people the difference is significant ,the difference is significa nt. Comparing Intervention group after intervention with Non-Intervention group in many factors of SCL-90 test, Intervention group is significantly lower than that of Non-Intervention group (t=2.1-5.7, p<0.01-0.05).CONCLUSION: We conclude the combination of pathobiology assay test with health education and psychologic al meditation is a good platform to advocate medication and a joint to advance t he interaction of traditional and modern medications. We found that social and p sychological factors affect the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases significantly.
