90例肾综合征出血热重型及危重型患者的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of 90 Patients with Severe Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome(HFRS)

目的探讨肾综合征出血热重型及危重型患者的观察及护理。方法回顾性分析90例肾综合征出血热重型及危重型患者的临床特点及护理体会。结果预见肾综合征出血热重型及危重型患者的病情变化,采取有针对性的护理措施,做好患者的心理疏导,消除恐惧心理,有利于预防并发症及提高抢救成功率。结论在治疗抢救过程中护理人员严密的临床观察及精心护理,对疾病的恢复具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the observation and nursing of severe HFRS patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with severe HFRS were retrospectively analyzed with the clinical manifestations.Results Foreseeing the change of the patient's condition,providing appropriate nursing measures and psychological care had positive effect on preventing the complication and enhancing the success rate of recovery.Conclusion Careful clinical observation and nusing play an important role during the treatment.
