摘要
本文建立了一个水电能源系统最优容量扩展规划的递阶控制模型——DPLP—PROD模型。该模型由一个动态规划主模型和三个静态子模型所构成,以系统容量扩展总折算费用最小为目标,同时确定水电站的最优开发次序、开发时间和开发规模。
In this paper, a hierarchical control model is established for the optimal capacity expansion planning of the hydroelectric energy system. This model consists of a main dynamic model (DP) and three Static submodel cost minimum of system capacity expasion. The optimal sequencing, timing and sizing of the hydropower station development are determined simultaneously.
