摘要
目的探讨P-gp、GSTπ和TopoIIα蛋白的表达特点及其与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法对86例乳腺癌进行P-gp、GSTπ和TopoIIα蛋白表达的检测。结果P-gp、GSTπ和TopoIIα蛋白在乳腺癌中表达的阳性率分别为48.8%(42/86)、43.0%(37/86)及36.0%(31/86);P-gp和TopoIIα蛋白的的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论P-gp、GSTπ和TopoIIα蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达可能与乳腺癌的耐药有关。
Aim To explore the significance of expression of P-glycoprotein,topoisomerase II apha and glutathione S-transferase in breast cancer.Methods Eighty-six cases of breast cancer were examined using P-gp,GSTπ,TopoIIα by immunohistochemistry method.Results The P-gp,GSTπ,TopoIIα expression rates were 48.8%(42/86),43.0%(37/86) and 36.0%(31/86) respectively.The expressions of P-gp and TopoIIα were associated with axiallary lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expressions of P-gp,GSTπ,TopoIIα may be related to the multidrug resistance in breast cancer.
