摘要
本实验观察了两种效应。一是观察单纯吸入空气负离子浓度2.82×105/cm3,3h/d共6d后对正常豚鼠听阈的效应(自身对照);二是预防性吸入空气负离子浓度2.96×105/cm3,3h/d共8d后给予急性噪声暴露115dBSPL1h,然后测试噪声暴露后8h、24h、48h、8d及21d的听阈变化。结果提示:空气负离子对正常听力显示有降低听阈的作用;预防性吸入一定浓度的空气负离子具有保护听觉器官免遭噪声损害和促进听力恢复的效应。文中对有关机理进行了探讨。
In the present study,
the effect of inhaling negative air ions with a concentration of2.82×105/cm3,3 hours a day for 6
days on hearing threshold of normal guinea pigs and the changes of hearing threshold in
guinea pigs(after a prophylactic inhalation of nega tive airions with a concentration of 2.96×
105/cm3,3 hours a day for 8 days)at 8h,24h,48h,8d and 2ld after exposure to a noise of 115dB
SPL for 1 hour were examined.The results showed that the inhalation of negative air ions
decreased hearing thresholds of animals with normal hearing, whereas the prophylactic
inhalation of negative air ions had a protective effect to the auditory organ against
noise-induced hearing damage and promoted the hearing recovery。The involved protective
mechanism was also discussed.
