摘要
以草莓(Fragaria annassa Dush)0.2-0.3mm的茎尖作为外植体,试验证明(1)茎尖在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L中诱导成活率最高,在Ms+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L中诱导分化的效果较好;(2)分化继代培养较适合的培养基为MS+6-BA1.2mg/L+NAA0.08mg/L。(3)生根培养以珍珠岩为基质效果较好。
On the basis of fast multiplying of Fragaria ananassa, using 0.2-0.3 mm terminal bud as the ex-plants, the experiment result shows that MS + 6 - BA 0.5 + NAA 0.1 is suitable endium for the terminal bud survival , MS + 6 - BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L is suitable medium for bud differentiation. The rapid propagation medium is MS + 6 - BA 1.2 mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L. Perlite is the best rooting medium.
