摘要
随机噪声是影响CCD器件输出信号信噪比的主要因素,它包括1/f分形噪声和白噪声。使用传统方法去除分形噪声效果比较差,而小波变换是一种具有一定时间和频率分辨率的方法,它能够较好的滤除分形噪声。就如何在小波变换域进行参数估计,给出了确定阈值的方法,并在此基础上对TCD142D线阵CCD输出信号进行滤波,结果表明了该方法的有效性。
Stochastic noises in CCD output signal, which contain 1/f fractal noises and white noises, mostly affect the Signal-to-Noise. It is not resultful to remove fractal noises using traditional method. The wavelet transform is a kind of multi-resolution method on finite time and frequency and it can separate and remove fractal noises in effect. The paper introduces how to estimate parameter in wavelet transform domain and how to acquire the threshold value. The results of removing noises of TCD142D output signal show that the method is effective.
