心理干预和抗抑郁药物辅助治疗对功能性消化不良患者生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological intervention and anti depression treatment on the life quality of functional dyspepsia patients

目的探讨心理干预和抗抑郁药物辅助治疗对功能性消化不良(FD)患者生活质量的影响。方法对107例符合FD国际诊断标准的患者随机分为研究组54例,对照组53例,对照组常规应用治疗消化不良的药物;研究组在常规用药基础上给予心理干预和抗抑郁药物辅助治疗。应用消化不良量表和生活质量指数问卷在入组时、治疗4周末、治疗10周末各调查评定1次。结果在治疗4周末、治疗10周末两组间比较,试验组消化不良症状总分(9.28±2.87;8.88±2.68)显著低于对照组(P<0.01);生活质量量表得分,试验组(1.68±0.27;1.78±0.30)明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对功能性消化不良患者进行心理干预和应用抗抑郁药辅助治疗能显著改善消化不良症状,明显提高患者的生活质量。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of functional dyspepsia and psychological intervention and anti depression treatment on the life quality of functional dyspepsia patients. MethodsTotally 107 patients who were in accordance with the diagnostic criterion of FD and finished the study, were randomly divided into experiment group(n=54) and control group (n=53). Patients in experiment group received anti dyspeptic therapy and anti depression, while those in the control group were treated only with anti dyspepsia therapy.Dyspepsia scale and life quality scale were analyzed before, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment respectively.ResultsDyspepsia symptoms scores in experiment group were significant lower than those of control group(P<0.01),while life quality scores were significant higher than those of control group(P<0.01) before,4 and 8 weeks after treatment respectively. ConclusionAnti depression and psychological intervention indeed improve the patients’ quality of life and release the symptoms of patients.
