An Epidemiological Characteristics of Health Risk Behaviors Survey of Undergraduates

目的了解大学生危险行为的流行病学特征及其相关因素,以便更好地预防和控制大学生危险行为的发生。方法按照分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取1100名大学生,由统一培训合格的调查员以无记名方式对苏州市大学生危险行为进行现场问卷调查。结果危险行为在大学生中普遍存在,吸烟率为37%,饮酒率为86.5%,有9.6%的学生考虑过自杀,有4.9%的学生曾经有过性行为。结论应高度重视大学生危险行为的现状并从多方面来预防和控制大学生危险行为的发生。

Objective To ascertain epidemiological characteristics of health risk behaviors among undergraduates and explore their effective factors. This study is to prevent and control happening of these hazardrous behaviors. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey on health behaviors in the last year was conducted among 1100 undergraduates. The survey members were trained. Results Among the undergraduates health hazardrous behaviors were common. The prevalence of cigarette smoking and alcohol use was 37% and 86.5%, 9.6% was reported to have attempt to make suicide, 4.9% to have experience of sexual intercourse respectively. Conclusions More attention should be paid to health-damaged behaviors in undergraduates. We can prevent and control hazardrous behaviors occurring from different aspects.
