深圳市2004年部分食品中镉污染情况分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:了解深圳市食品中镉的污染情况,发现关键性问题并进行分析,为制定相应的标准和针对性措施提供切实可靠的依据。方法:按照《深圳市食品污染物监测体系项目工作方案》的要求,在全市范围内采集9类共2 11份样品,参照GB5 0 0 9 15 - 2 0 0 3方法进行测定。结果:蛋类、禽肉、畜肉、饮料、豆制品等5类食品的情况较好,蔬菜和鱼类存在一定程度的镉污染问题,猪肝和猪肾受镉污染的情况比较严重。结论:尽快增订和修订我国国家食品卫生标准中关于镉限量的标准,并加大对食品中镉污染的监测力度,督促企业加强食品中镉的监测和管理,强化健康教育工作,指导市民科学饮食。 Objective:To realize the contaminated situation of cadmium of the foodstuff in Shenzhen,find out and analyze the key points about cadmium contamination,and provide reliable evidence for establishing correspondent standard and suitable control measure.Methods:According to Shenzhen Foodstuff Contamination Inspection System Guidance, 211 samples in nine major types of food in the city had been collected and tested according to GB5009.15-2003 standard.Results:The results of testing showed that the Cd contaminations of egg, bird meat, livestock meat, beverage and bean food were light, and there were some contaminations for vegetable and fishes, while pig liver and kidney were contaminated seriously by cadmium.Conclusion:The standard of maximal limit of cadmium in foods of our country should be revised as soon as possible and the test and inspection for Cd contamination in foods should be strengthened.
