献血员聚集地区人群HCV感染影响因素的非条件Logistic回归分析

LOGISTIC REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF HCV INFECTION IN ONE BLOOD-DONATOR AGGREGATED AREA.

目的:调查分析苏南献血员聚集地区人群丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染现状及影响因素,为在这一地区更好地开展丙型肝炎防制工作提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法对有偿献血者较集中地区3484人采血检测HBsAg、抗HBc、抗-HCV和进行问卷调查。结果:被调查地区有偿献血者的丙肝感染率为4 3 2 4 % (797/ 184 3) ,女性高于男性(P <0 0 1) ,非献血人群丙肝感染率为3 0 5 % (48/ 15 72 )。单因素和多因素logistic分析显示献血史和献血方式、年平均献血次数、首次献血时间、性别和HBsAg感染是HCV感染的主要影响因素。HCV感染与献血史和献血方式、年平均献血次数、首次献血时间等有关;非献血人群HCV感染率在我国人群HCV感染率范围内,但高于苏北地区一般居民的丙肝感染率。结论:该地区有偿献血者的丙肝感染率处于较高水平。

Objective:To find out the status of HCV infection and analyze its influential factors in one blood-donator aggregated area in south Jiangsu.Methods:An Epidemiological investigation was conducted and screen for anti-HCV,HBsAg,HBc-Ab were determined in a total of 3 484 subjects by taking the sample with stratification and cluster method in the blood-donator aggregated area.Results:Infection rate of HCV was higher in the blood donors (43.24%,797/1843)than that in other general population (3.05%,48/1572),and the infection rate of HCV was higher in the male blood donors than in the female (P<0.01).Mono-,multi-logistic Regression Analysis showed that history of blood donating,type of blood donating,frequency of blood donating per year and the first time of blood donating,gender and HbsAg positive were the important influential factors relevant to HCV infection.Conclusions:There was a higher prevalence rate of HCV infection among the blood donators in the area.There was relationship between HCV infection and the history of blood donating,the type of blood donating,the frequency of blood donating per year,the first time of blood donating.The other general population's rate of HCV infection was in the range of Chinese,and higher than that in north Jiangsu.
