摘要 目的:建立3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H分光光度法测定食品中的硼酸。方法:食品样品在碱性条件下灰化,采用3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H作硼显色剂,测定食品中硼酸含量。结果:本法在硼酸浓度0~5 0 μg/ml线性良好,r >0 998,其回收率为93 0~99 1% ,变异系数CV % <5 % ,最低检出浓度为5 0mg/kg。与姜黄素分光光度法比较,差异无显著性(t=0 75 7,P >0 0 5 )。结论:该方法简便快速,灵敏度和准确度满足要求,适合于食品中硼酸的定量测定。 Objective:To establish 3-Methoxy-Methylenimine H spectrophotometry to detect boric acid in food.Method:Food sample was ashed in alkaline condition, used 3-Methoxy-Methylenimine H as colourant,then detected boric acid in food.Result:It showed good linear relationship at the concentration of boric acid of 0-5.0 mg/kg,r>0.998,the recovery was between 90.0~99.1%, CV<5%,and the detection limit was 5.0 mg/kg.Compared to curcumin spectrophotometry, the result had no significant difference (t=0.757,P>0.05).Conclusion:The method was simple, convenient and rapid,its sensitivity and accuracy were satisfied with the requirement, and appropriated to determination of boric acid in food .
